The strategic alliance will provide Canadian Credit Union Association credit union members access to the ICD's world-class resources, professional development programs, peer-to-peer networking events to further enhance their ability to serve their communities effectively.

The Canadian Credit Union Association (CCUA) provides services to Canada’s credit unions, caisses populaires (outside of Quebec), and regional Central organizations. All Canadian Credit Union Association credit union members across Canada are eligible.

Yes. ICD members through the CCUA Strategic Alliance are eligible to register for ICD courses at the member rate. Members are encouraged to apply early to avoid disappointment.

CCUA credit union members interested in applying for the ICD-Rotman DEP should contact Maureen Finlan, Program Officer, MFinlan@icd.ca.

Yes, CCUA credit union members are eligible to apply to the ICD-Rotman Directors Education Program Diversity Scholarship and/or ICD-RBC Foundation Scholarship for the Governance Essentials Program. Each scholarship requires specific admission criteria for eligibility. More information is available at www.icd.ca/Education/Scholarships-and-Grants.

At the time of your Credit Union membership renewal, the organization will be given the option for each member to renew individually under this strategic alliance or collectively, as a board, whichever is less.

Once you are no longer an affiliate CCUA board member, you will be billed as an individual member at your next renewal cycle.
